About Ms. Webb

Abigail Webb joined Shuttleworth Williams, PLLC in August 2006. Ms. Webb graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2003, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor in Accountancy. Ms. Webb thereafter enrolled in the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Webb was an Associate Editor of the University of Memphis Law Review, and participated in various other organizations and leadership positions including serving as one of her class’s three Bar Governor’s. In her last year of law school, Ms. Webb received the CALI award for the highest grade in the child advocacy legal clinic. She graduated from law school in 2006, cum laude.

Ms. Webb is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi and admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Western and Middle Districts of Tennessee, the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi, and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She focuses her practice on civil litigation and has experience working for members of the Insurance Industry. Ms. Webb is a member of the American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Memphis Bar Association. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Memphis Bar Association. She is also an associate member of the Leo Bearman, Sr. Chapter of American Inn of Court. Ms. Webb is also an active member of the Junior League of Memphis and has participated in various community projects through her work in the League.
