About Ms. Nichols
Cheryl A. Nichols joined Shuttleworth Williams, PLLC in 2009 and focuses her practice in the area of civil litigation. Ms. Nichols graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and minor in Italian. She then attended the University of Arkansas School of Law in Fayetteville, Arkansas from which she obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 2006. Following graduation from law school she became an associate at The Hardison Law Firm in Memphis where she focused her practice in the area of medical malpractice defense. Ms. Nichols is a graduate of the Memphis Bar Association 2007-2008 Leadership Forum Class.
Ms. Nichols is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and admitted to practice in all Tennessee state courts and the United States District Court for the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.. She is a member of the Nashville Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. Ms. Nichols is also an active advocate for the Alzheimer’s Association and was the Co-Chair of the 2008 Memory Walk in Memphis as well as the Mission Speaker.
