About Mr. Talley

Robert A. Talley is a member of the firm and has been chairman of the firm’s litigation section. Bob has represented physicians, dentists, nursing homes, attorneys, and other professionals in federal and state litigation matters. He has spoken to professional groups on the topic of malpractice risks.

Bob is licensed to practice law in Tennessee(1981) and Mississippi (1994). He is also admitted in the Western Districts of Tennessee, and the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. Bob is also admitted in the U.S. Court of Federal Claims ( 1986). He has tried jury cases in the courts of Tennessee and Mississippi.

Bob received his undergraduate (1978) and his law degree (1981) from the University of Memphis.

Bob is a member of the Tennessee and Mississippi Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association. He is active in community organizations.
